DISCOVERY+CONCEPT

Let's get together and chat about what your needs and priorities are. During this stage, we'll visit the site together (if possible), nail down the scope and the timeline, and provide you with a very high-level estimate.

SCOPE OF WORK+CONTRACTS

Once we've agreed upon the scope and timeline, we'll provide you with a contract to review and sign, to ensure both parties are protected. We’ll also connect you with an Interior Designer if you don’t already have one, and while you work with the designer, we’ll begin working on your estimate.

DESIGN+PLANNING+ESTIMATES

Once you and your Interior Designer have finalized your design plan and provided us with drawings, we get to work developing our internal project plan, and prepare a formal project estimate for you to approve.

CONSTRUCTION

The fun begins! Depending on the scope of your project, this is the stage where we bring in our team of experts for demolition, framing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, priming, cabinets, flooring, tile, finishing, etc. We’ll also work closely with you and your Interior Designer during this stage to ensure everything is going to plan.

FINISHING TOUCHES

With construction complete, this stage is all about final touches - from installing hardware to final design + decor pieces. We then do a final clean-up and a comprehensive inspection with you and your Interior Designer to ensure we’ve exceeded your expectations.

We work on projects ranging from full-home design + renovations to smaller, customized room renos. With a wide range of experience, the Matchless team is ready and willing to take on even the most complex renovation and remodelling projects.
